Added lean AND walk to lean modifier. Stick passed 80% is lean+walk.

*08/06/2014 Refinements, autopilot sprint, and throwing
Changed tolerance on walk to jog from 50% to 40% (preference)
Had to change walk from Shift+W to Left Ctrl+W per game changes.
“Select” now toggles an autopilot sprint. (VERY useful for open areas)
*You MUST click in again to turn it off or tap on RB otherwise you’ll keep sprinting forever!
“Start” now has a Hold modifier to show Player List
“X” now has a Hold modifier for Reload
“LS Click” now has a Hold modifier for Throw (you can aim and throw!! it’s fucking beautiful!)

Actions Set changes:
“Left Dpad” now has a Hold modifier for Facepalm
“Right Dpad” now has a Hold modifier for Shhhh
“Down Dpad” now has a Hold modifier for Cut Throat
“X” has been changed and is now T for changing firemode on an automatic weapon (reload remapped to default X hold)
“A” is now F use instead of middle click use… mostly just for shits and giggles, both do the same thing.
“Select” will now toggle voice chat on and off for you chatty talkers out there
“Start” will show or hide item Hotbar
